We provide a 100% delivery guarantee. If your order is confirmed as lost, seized (highly unlikely with our USA-to-USA model), or damaged by the domestic carrier during transit, we will provide a one-time reshipment at no additional cost. If a reshipment is not possible, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.

If you receive a package that is damaged or contains an incorrect item, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery.
